Damaged or incorrect goods
Goods can be returned for an alternative or a refund if they are damaged or different from what was ordered. The purchaser must inform us by email of the situation within 7 days after receiving the items. We will give instructions by email how to proceed with the refund/replacement. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods. In this case, we will refund the return shipping costs and will pay the cost of shipping any replacements to you the customer by New Zealand Post. Refunds are made using the original method of payment.
If the goods ordered are not received due to any fault of Blue Penguin Gifts a full replacement or refund will apply. The purchaser must inform Blue Penguin Gifts by email if goods have not been received within 10 days of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs or exchange the purchased item for an alternative item. The items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear and the refund/exchange item will only be processed once the returned item has been checked by Blue Penguins. Shipping costs must be paid on the replacement item. The following conditions apply:
You must obtain prior approval from Blue Penguin Gifts before returning an item. Please contact us by within 7 days after receiving the items, explain the issues and we will give you further instructions.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Items returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Please ensure all returns sent to Blue Penguins are sent with tracking and/or insurance as Blue Penguin Gifts cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
