All orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment Is received. Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

• Within New Zealand shipping is by domestic courier.
• International customers have a choice of:
• NZ Post – International Airmail – Not tracked
• NZ Post – International Economy Courier – Tracked
• NZ Post – International Express Courier – Tracked

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will maintain a record of your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping will be included within the costs of the item purchased.

Pricing policy:

Prices displayed in the Shopping section are exclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). We are required by law to add GST to the cost of goods purchased that will be delivered to a New Zealand address. Overseas orders are exempt from payment of New Zealand GST and will not have GST added.
